JTA Adds Frazier as SVP/COO – Management

God Jacksonville Transportation Authority (JTA) Called Charles D. Fraser Sr. is the VP and COO, overseeing the JTA’s transition operations division.

Frazier is a member of the American Public Transportation Association (APTA) and a graduate of the APTA leadership. At Little Rock, Frazier was appointed governor of the governor’s economic task force and the mayor’s subcommittee on mobility. He received the Dream Martin Award from Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. in Arkansas in 2020.
